Privacy

How this site handles your data.

This is a personal portfolio site. It does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or advertising of any kind. The only personal data that moves through this site is what you choose to send by email.

Data controller

Lindha Boberg is responsible for how personal data is handled on this site. You can reach her at hello@lindha.se.

What is collected

Email correspondence. When you send an email to hello@lindha.se, the message contains your name, email address, and whatever you write. This is stored in an email inbox and used only to reply to you.

Server logs. The hosting infrastructure automatically logs IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal web server operation. These logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider and are not accessed unless there is a specific technical reason to do so.

There are no analytics tools, no tracking pixels, no third-party advertising scripts, and no cookies of any kind on this site.

Legal basis

Email correspondence is processed on the basis of legitimate interest: you initiated contact and a reply requires holding your message long enough to respond. Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in maintaining a working website.

How long data is kept

Email conversations are kept as long as they are professionally relevant. If you ask for your messages to be deleted, they will be. Server logs are retained for a brief period defined by the hosting provider.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to the data held about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@lindha.se.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), if you believe your data has been handled incorrectly.

Third parties

This site is hosted on infrastructure that processes server logs as described above. No personal data is shared with third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.
