Butterfly Girl started as an ink drawing built around movement, companionship, and stacked composition. The piece follows a girl lifted by butterflies, with Voodoo Girl close by, and keeps the linework intentional and dense rather than decorative.
The original drawing was inked with my favorite Rapidograph pens on bleed-proof paper, then prepared digitally for print.
