EasyWay was Circle K's grab-and-go direction during the start of the pandemic, with tap to pay and phone-based flow as a core part of the experience. I worked as part of the Circle K innovation team on early concept and flow work.
The work was less about adding features and more about confidence. People needed clear cues for what to do, what the system was doing, and when payment was complete.
I worked on screen flow, motion explainers, and copy direction to keep the experience simple and calm.

The experience was designed to feel simple: grab items in-store, let the system track what was picked up, then check out by tapping with NFC or scanning your phone at the EasyWay station. Receipt confirmation followed in the app.
