Eleven Warriors was growing from a fan blog into a broader sports news site, and the structure needed to catch up with that growth.
Information structure
I worked on UX design, information architecture, art direction, interaction design, and UI. The main focus was content hierarchy and navigation, making it easier for readers to move between breaking stories, recurring coverage, and community features.
Mobile behavior was also a key part of the redesign. We simplified layouts and interaction patterns so the site stayed readable and easy to use on smaller screens.

Community areas like forums, polls, and discussion had to feel connected to the editorial experience, not split off as a separate product.
